QuestNet is proud to announce that The Commonwealth Business Council in the UK has invited Dato' Vijay Eswaran to be a speaker at the AAA (Asia, Africa, and the Americas) Business Summit 17-18 March 2008, at the Swami Vivekananda International Convention Centre, in Pailles, Mauritius.
The 2008 AAA Business Summit, formerly known as "China-India-Brazil-Africa (CIBA)”, is being organised in association with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
This year’s theme is “Enhancing South-South Co-operation for Greater Economic Growth” and Dato' Vijay Eswaran has been invited to speak on “Knowledge Economy: Moving up the Value Chain - Case study: Financial Services”.
The Summit will address key issues on how emerging nations can increase investment in-flows, trade in areas that allow them to create a competitive advantage, and how these countries can finance infrastructure development.
Over 300 delegates from all over the world will converge on the Summit to discuss opportunities from Asia, Africa and the Americas in order to build and maintain relationships between the southern economy nations. Attendees will include senior government representatives, chairmen and chief executives of corporations, senior executives representing financial institutions; legal and consulting organisations; as well as other strategic investors.
